Vibe: modern industrial, bright, minimal, urban jungle, jungle minimalism

If you like the clean, industrial look with plants, this place is for you! Located right in front of Fraser River, this place has an

ample amount of natural light pouring in, highlighting the white walls and plants all over the place, contrasting with the black,

stylish, coffee counter and the brick wall on the side. They have a wide variety of coffee from espressos to tiramisu latte or

special Vietnamese latte, along with a wide variety of food, cake, and pastry options, including a variety of plant-based options.

Though I didn’t get to try, it seems like there are a lot of korean-inspired menus as well.

Note: The number of seats are relatively limited so either get there early, or get it to-go so you can walk along or sit by

the benches by Fraser River!
